Shipping policy

We ship to NEW ZEALAND only

If the products shows as IN STOCK this means it is in our New Zealand warehouse ready to ship. We DO NOT drop ship from overseas but we can get the item in for you if you wish - this takes 10 to 20 days normally

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 2-3 working days unless specified otherwise.

Orders are shipped via tracked overnight courier and are generally delivered next day. (Some South Island destinations may take 2 days but are often completed next day)

Tracking information is provided via email and the customer can follow the progress of their shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Rural Delivery may add 1-2 days 

Note: For larger, bulk orders you may need to contact us to determine the correct freight rates

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and be sure to note any visible damage before signing for your parcel. 

All items are packaged carefully and securely. Where applicable we will use additional protection on fragile items.

RACECRAFTS is not liable for items that are lost/stolen/damaged after the delivery has been signed for.

All of our items ship with 'Signature Required' by default for orders over $100 - If the customer requests 'no signature required' we cannot accept liability for missing or stolen items that may be taken from your property or mailbox.

We recommend always using 'Signature Required' and being present when the delivery is made.

Lower value items (under $100) are shipped with no signature required unless requested. So the items can be left by the courier in the mailbox or by the door.

Any temporary variance in shipping times due to Covid-19, Public/Business Holidays or Courier disruption will be notified on the front page of the website
